Spun cast metal keyrings are popular promotional items and can be customised with a company logo or message. The products are durable and can withstand daily use, making them a practical and long-lasting marketing tool.
The process involves heating a metal blank, typically made from brass or zinc, until it is malleable. A spinning machine then uses centrifugal force to shape the metal blank into a disc, while the desired design or lettering on the surface of the disc are also created and polished.
